Founder’s Note:

I made this recipe for my older one when she was only 6 months old. The first mouthful and she was glued to every bite. Ever since Raagi pancake was a favourite meal on her menu. I don’t even need to stress on how essential Raagi is for bone development in children. It’s a great source of calcium and beneficial for us women too who tend to face bone issues much later in their sedentary lifestyle. And it’s not just my child who benefits from it, this pancake mix serves as a good breakfast option for us adults too.
